More recently, I have been on an outstanding series of training courses by Christopher Howard, (Christopher Howard Events) who have refined existing techniques and added new ones to provide a tool bag of amazing, incisive and instantly life-changing therapies. These include Results Coaching, NLP, Advanced Hypnotherapy and Performance Consulting.

As a Hypnotherapist, I have studied the hypnotic methods of Milton Erickson and David Elman. Certified Practitioner in SymbioDynamics, the new and exciting new enhanced development process in hypnosis
